Studied a B.A. in TESOL from the Universidad de Guanajuato and is about to complete an M.A in Picopegogía.
He also holds a B.A. in Psicology. He has been a speaker at several Mextesol Conventions and is ex Treasurer Mextesol Chapter Bajío.
His main interests are psicolinguistics and curriculum design.

Oscar Cruz holds a MA-TESOL from SIT Graduate Institute.
Since 2009 he has taught Certificate workshops for English teachers starting him on a meaningful and enriching career as a free-lance teacher trainer for various public and private institutions and as a speaker for national and international conferences such as MexTESOL VenTESOL, BBELT and FIID. Oscar’s areas of interest are CPD, Teachers’ Motivations, and Teachers’ Identity.
Finally, Oscar has been a proud and active member of MexTESOL since 2009 which has lead him to serve as Oaxaca Chapter President (2016-2018), Chair of the Academic Committee (2018 & 2019), qnd now as the National Governing Board Vice-President.

Pedro Enrique Guzmán Campos.
He has been part of Mextesol for more than 7 Years, first he was Vice President of Mextesol Chapter Guanajuato during the 2014-2016 period then Ethics Committee President and now He is the current National Treasurer of the Mextesol National Governing Board.
Pedro has been teaching at different levels in public and private schools.
He has taught EFL for 9 years, holds an ICELT Certificate from Cambridge ESOL.
He holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Administration and International Business.
Pedro Is a teacher of the Universidad Politécnica De Guanajuato (UPGTO).

Victoria Isabel Aguilar Ruiz holds a master’s degree in TESOL with the University of Auckland in New Zeland. She has been a Mextesol member since 2006 in the Guanajuato and Leon chapter. Since then, she has participated as a speaker and presenter many times in the Mextesol congress. She has worked as an English teacher for more than 15 years in different areas such as: companies teacher Business English and ESP, governmental institutions such as middle school and high school levels and in the University of Guanajuato as an ESL teacher for more than13 years. Throughout her working career, she has also been a teacher trainer and coordinator of different English programs.
Her main interests are curriculum design, teacher’s motivation. She really enjoys learning from students and engaging them in the class in order to help the trigger their improvement in the use f the language.
