Complete the form and click Submit
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your login details and submission link (Check your spam folder)
Step 3: Submit your proposal
Prepare your proposal
Complete the Proposal Form using the link provided
Deadline: May 15, 2026
Step 4: Track your proposal
You’ll receive confirmation (screen + email)
Log in anytime to check your status
Step 5: If accepted:
Pay the reduced Speaker Registration Fee
Send your payment receipt to membresias@mextesol.org.mx and asistente@mextesol.org.mx
Step 6: Confirmation & access
You’ll receive a payment confirmation + barcode
Use your login to: Check registration status Download your credential
Step 7: On-site registration
Present your barcode + original receipt
Pick up your materials at the Speakers’ Registration booth
